Our client is a leading multinational group, with activities in several sectors. They are looking for a: Farm Manager – Poultry (m/f).
The Poultry Farm Manager will collaborate with other farm personnel to develop farm schedules and meet processing goals:
- Hiring and training personnel;
- Ensuring the safety and efficiency of poultry farm operations;
- Prioritizing tasks and deciding on the necessary amount of machinery and number of workers;
- Recording data and creating reports on worker attendance, budget, supplies and animal growth;
- Ordering supplies, handling sales and shipping of chicken-based products to food manufactures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a poultry farm management for at least 5 years;
- High level of Portuguese and English-must;
- Strong leadership and communicational skills;
- Willingness to relocate to Angola on a single status basis.
