Change Manager Tempo Inteiro

Heading is searching for a Change Manager (M/F) for a client in the Banking Sector to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.

To provide change management skills and guidance to the BANKs transformation programme, partner with project teams, business heads and other impacted business users to create and implement any change that is customized as per specific project and Business Unit needs.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Human Resources & Organizational Psychology, other qualifications can be considered (Mandatory);
• Programme and project management;
• Minimum 3-5 years within change management (Mandatory);
• 2-3 years banking experience and /or exposure (Mandatory);
• Exposure to or training on change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR (Mandatory);
• Exposure and Experience with transformation programme/ change management that involves an understanding of people, process and system change;
• Change management and project management certification would be an advantage;
• Understanding of the Mozambican banking environment.
