Financial Assistant

Purpose

To maintain accurate records of stock. All applicants must be Angolan citizens or possess card residence.

Qualifications

•  BCom Degree or BTech with Accounting

Experience

•  At least two years’ experience in a finance department;
• SAP experience advantageous.

Knowledge

• Knowledge of creditor

Skills

• Computer literacy – MS Office with well-developed Excel skills;
• Must be fluent in Portuguese and English language

Job objectives

• nventory control;
• Report on Net GP per store;
• Report on Markdowns and Shrinkage;
• Own all stocktakes / counts;
• Responsible for stock ledger accuracy;
•  Capture expense invoices for stores and head office;
• Trade supplier queries;
• General Ledger accounts reconciliations;
•  Management information and reports
