Heading Moz is recruiting for its client a Financial Analyst (m/f) to be based in Maputo.
Duties
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting and operational metrics tracking;
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support;
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends and make recommendations for improvements;
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting;
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools and excel dashboards;
- Manage client invoice database per company;
- Make bank account reconciliations;
- Develop other tasks within the financial area.
Requirement
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics;
- 3 to 5+ years of business finance or other relevant experience;
- Experience in supervising or coordinating teams;
- Strong quantitative and analytical competency;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel;
- Experience with Primavera;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
