Heading Moz is recruiting for its client a Maintenance Supervisor (M/F) to be based in Maputo.

Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues;
Install appliances and equipment;
Conduct maintenance tasks;
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems;
Collaborate with works and other professionals during renovations inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance work on roads and fence;
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly maintenance schedules and allocate work;
Recruit, supervise and train maintenance workers;
Hire and supervise tradesman during installations, repairs or maintenance (etectricians, plumbers,etc);
Inspect and maintain building systems;
Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance;
Monitor inventory of materials and equipment;
Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.

Degree in electrical engineering;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position;
Experience using hand and electrical tools;
Technical skills and knowledge of various crafts such as electrical, plumbing, etc;
Ability to read technical manuals and drawings;
Knowledge of health ad safety practices and regulations;
Understanding of budgeting and performance management;
Fluent in Portuguese and English.
