Heading Moz is looking for a Operations Manager – Civil Engineering (M/F) for a client in quarrying, concrete production, civil engineering.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Managing teams of operators in quarrying, concrete production or highly similar sectors, will head the day to day production requirements of the company´s quarries and will be responsible for quality control, production, purchasing of consumables, security, employee training and management amongst other responsabilities;
- Responsible to ensure all the quality control and operational management are being held taking into to account all the procedures established;
- Coordinate and work effectively with a developed and sucessful team.
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering;
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the management of quarrying and construction interests;
- Bilingual in Portuguese and English;
- Good Interpersonal skills.
