Service Delivery Supervisor

Job purpose:

The TRS Service Delivery Supervisor is the country Service Delivery focal point for all Tubular Running Services, Rig Mechanization, Total Depth Services and Drilling with Casing operations.   Focus is on the quality of Service Delivery. Responsible for supervising internal and coordinating external audits of our facilities, processes, equipment maintenance procedures, asset documentation and personnel competency. Continuous interface with QA, HSE and all OEP activities relating to the business unit. In addition the position requires regular interaction with the Global TRS OEP team and is responsible for ensuring that TRS globally approved processes, procedures and standards are being followed. Accountable and responsible to ensure that all job data, failure reports, CPAR, OFI’s etc. are prepared, reviewed and approved in WPTS and reported to management on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring client service delivery expectations are being met;
• Perform regular audits on TRS workshop maintenance processes, rig operation procedures and ensure compliance;
• Develop, communicate and implement countrywide strategy initiatives to ensure operational excellence;
• Interface between Global Support, Region and the Operations personnel on issues relating to service quality such as processes, procedures, and technical updates and be fully involved in the management of change of these with all parties concerned;
• Planning of critical jobs in conjunction with the client, operations teams, and applications engineers where required;
• Audit field operations to ensure operational excellence and communicate with global support groups as required;
• Client visits and constant communication to demonstrate our commitment and promote the Weatherford OEP process. Addressing issues and emphasizing the value of contracting Weatherford Tubular Running Services;
• Active involvement when planning asset and personnel requirements to ensure consistent Service Quality will be met;
• Monitor field and workshop staff – ensure quality standards and processes are being met and ensure all WPTS entries are being complete and approved. Responsible for management of change as process and procedures are updated as per OEP requirements;
• Supervise problem job investigations and maintain performance improvement plans to prevent re-occurrence and close out with clients to their satisfaction;
• Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line Management within the timeframe specified in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirements, provided the instruction is reasonable and you are capable and deemed competent to fulfil these;
• Ensure maintenance process 5-3-SA-GL-00127 is followed and all job documentation filed in asset folder;
• Review work orders and ensure work instructions are followed and provide positive and negative feedback to ensure continual performance improvement;
• Review and endorse the Customer Order Input Document (COID) for each operation;
• Continually improvement of systems and processes and relay to management and OEP team;
• Monitor equipment and personnel load outs to ensure all certification is correct and all equipment is fit for purpose.

Skills and knowledge required:

• 8 Year’s minimum relevant experience in TRS;
• Should be computer literate and able to use Excel, Word, Power Point programmes as a minimum;
• Excellent knowledge of Rig Equipment and Function;
• Mechanical aptitude and basic understanding of Hydraulic and mechanical / electronic systems;
• Excellent written and oral communication in English AND Portuguese;
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office software;
• Fast learner, results oriented and independent with strong interpersonal skills;
• Possess strong customer service skills, i.e. listening, follow-through, and willingness to help;
• Ability to adapt positively to changes in policies, procedures, priorities or work environments;
• Passport Eligibility;

• In depth knowledge of tubular running services;
• A good working knowledge and understanding of JD Edwards;
• A good working knowledge and understanding of Endeca;
• A good working knowledge and understanding of WBAM.
