Overview
The PRI is hiring an Offshore Contracts Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all legal and procurement activities for the project area and monitoring contractor performance in the project;
- Anticipate contractual and commercial risks, opportunities and threats to the project and implement control measures or actions;
- Drive continuous improvement in contractual strategies, commercial parameters and contractual terms and conditions;
- Oversee the negotiation and completion of contracts for Oil and Gas Industry.
Requirements:
- Degree in relevant area;
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as Contract Manager (5 years in Offshore Projects);
- Strong knowledge of industry standards;
- knowledge of Health and Safety and Environmental Legislation;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
