Overview
PRI is hiring an Prospecting Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Assess costs and estimate the production capabilities and economic value of oil and gas wells;
- Develop plans for oil and gas field drilling, and for product recovery and treatment;
- Coordinate the installation, maintenance, and operation of mining and oil field equipment;
- Conduct engineering research experiments to improve or modify mining and oil machinery and operations and maintain records of drilling and production operations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Geology, Petroleum Engineering, or related;
- More than five (5) years’ experience in an oil/gas exploration or production;
- Good knowledge of offshore HSE/ regulations and 4D seismic simulations;
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
