Overview
PRI Mozambique is hiring an Retail Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain store staff job results through training, counseling and supervision;
- Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget;
- Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation;
- Manage the product lifecycle and all promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Sales or relevant field;
- Eight years’ (8) experience in Sales, Outlet Management (preferable in supermarkets);
- Previous experience in management position;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
