Maintenance Planner

Position Headline

Reporting to the Service Operations department, provides support to the assigned client and Project Manager (PM) working together to schedule, track and follow maintenances activities, materials and resources necessary as well as all logistic processes.

Position Description

• Manages and maintains record tracking of all maintenance notification raised by the Field Service Representatives (FSR’s), they´re work flow and implementation schedule;
• Identifies, working together with the PM and FSR’s, equipment and materials necessary for all maintenance activities (scheduled or not);
• Analyses maintenance plans and critical timelines for the equipment’s assigned to the project contract;
• Provides scheduling and logistic support for materials and equipment’s necessary for all maintenance activities;
• Contributes, with the PM and Technical Support Team, for all troubleshooting technical tickets raised and Root Cause Analysis;
• Prepares, with the Project Team, all daily, weekly, monthly, outage and event/incident reports;
• Is part of the implement of Siemens Energy HSE policies working with the HSE team, maintaining the high safety standard of Siemens Energy Angola;
• Schedules, prepares and follows logistic plans for the FSR’s assigned for each maintenance activity.
