Job Description

The Service Manager in Angola is responsible to drive the After Sales Service Network and operations in our Country Sales Organisation environment.

Responsibilities would include but are not limited to;

• Grow importance of After Sales and leverage the added value for the sales department.
• Leverage on existing informal repair infrastructure for future business success.
• Define the overall strategy in alignment with Country Business Director and Head of After Sales Africa (short term / mid-long term).
• Define and continuously work on roadmap for Angola for operational projects, such as correct pricing, communication campaigns, network extension, process excellence etc.
• Continuously analyze status-quo and understand country requirements, with close collaboration to key stakeholders
• Interface between local Country Sales Organization and central After Sales Service team, as well as owner and interface to local Service Network (Bosch Service Center, Authorized Service Center/Dealer & Informal repairers)
• Constantly check pricing with correct ratios of spare parts to tool pricing
• Evaluate new service offerings such as Maintenance+, Dealer Pick-Up system, Hotline/Online repair handling, preventive maintenance/Maintenance KITs, Full Service Offers, etc.

Work Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years’ related work experience, preferably internationally and within Business / Technical environment
• 3 years + experience in industrial products or in consumer durable industries
• 3 years + experience in working in large corporations with extensive SAP system and business process landscapes
• 3 years + sales and marketing experience
• Good communication skills, applicants must be fluent in Portuguese & English (Speak, read & write)
• German / Chinese language skills would be an advantage

Qualifications

A completed Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Management,Technical studies or related field
