Recruiting Coordinator

Heading Moz is recruiting for its client, an Oil and Gas Company, a Recruiting Coordinator (M/F) to be based in Maputo.

The Recruiting Coordinator assumes primary responsibility for assisting the project-specific recruiting efforts for Mozambique Project. This position works with different stakeholders, candidates, agencies, hiring managers in order to fulfill recruitment deadlines and requires strong interpersonal skills for the coordination of the various activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews for both internal (hiring managers & HR) and external (candidates) persons;
• Assisting candidates with application support;
• Support the Recruiters in processing candidates through hiring and pre-employment process;
• Provide pre-employment documents to HR Data Management team;
• Assists in creation of reports and tracking of data needed by project and in country leadership regarding Talent Acquisition;
• Attend recruiting events to brand the project as an employer of choice and increase visibility of the Mozambique project;
• Respond to inquiries surrounding talent acquisition;
• Help in coordination and execution of external recruiting activities such as events or projects;
• Ensure Mozambique project and Global On boarding receive necessary data needed for on boarding planning and execution.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Relevant University Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences or any related field;
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a generalist Human Resources, on boarding, recruitment and project capacity;
• Proficient computer skills with applications such as MS Office Suite and ability learn new systems such as Applicant Tracking Systems;
• Prior on boarding experience strongly preferred;
• Experience in facilitation and/or training preferred;
• Oil and gas industry experience preferred.
