Senior Corporate Lawyer

PRI is hiring a Senior Corporate Lawyer.

 Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance in all company’s transactions comply with state laws and regulations and provide input into new legal processes and standards;
• Be responsible for finalizing the legal procedures for the Statute, board minutes, General assembly, Commercial register, powers of attorney, agreements, and others legal documents;
• Maintain the corporate records and develop awareness sessions for legal compliance procedures.

Requirements

• Degree in Law (Masters in an advantage);
• At least ten (10) years as Senior Corporate lawyer in Transportations Sector;
• Expertise in various Angolan Legislation matters (Civil law, Labour law, Corporate law and Commercial laws);
• Angolan Citizenship.
