Description

Our client in the mining sector, is looking for a finance oriented HR practitioner to join their team to enhance business performance through driving the Human Resources Department’s analytical and reporting metrics including financial measures.

Responsibilities

• HR Planning/Budgeting.
• Staff cost modelling.
• Staff initiative impact analysis.
• Interface with the finance department.
• Reports and presentations (Excel & PowerPoint Presentations).
• Reward initiatives design and implementation.
• Reporting and Analysis.
• Workforce planning and optimization.
• HR Systems development management.
• General HR support.
  • Labour hire, staff movement, etc.
  • Leave management trends.
  • Overtime management.
  • Pensions and staff welfare tracking and administration/operating costs trends.
  • Statutory compliance.
  • Performance management tracking tools and reporting trends.
• Talent analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Commerce – Human Resources Management.
• Good financial acumen.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience post-graduation, ideally in a combined analytical, finance and HR role.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to manipulate and present date using Excel and other financial packages and software.
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
