Vaga na Grupo Epalmo: HSE Supervisor

Ensure full application/ respect of CLIENT’S HSE Management System (One MAESTRO) focusing on: o Full respect of local regulation, compliance with company referential (Group & Company rules, SIM procedures…) and standard safety practices.
Promote company and affiliate safety initiatives; Golden Rules, Zero FATALILYTY program, Perfect day, Zero Recordable, constructive sanction, Safety Tours and assist SO/LOG-SG coordinator promoting new safety initiatives based on incident trend.
Promote proactive safety attitude/ behavior; Observation cards reporting, Stop Work Authority/ TOA (Ensure MOC is properly managed).
Preparation and participate on HSE site committee meetings. o Ensure pre-job safety meeting is hold prior starting any operation.

Follow up daily operation

Ensuring Job Risk Assessment conducted and reviewed with work team for any job, participation on PTW opening & closing sessions (ensure mitigation measures are in place), ensure HSE supervision on major risk activities (W@H, Confined Space, Hot works, heavy lifting ops, energized system).
Ensure HSE events reported on time (3hs f/ Immediate notification and 14hs f/ synergy case creation) and investigate all events.
Participate on CTA session for all HIPOs. Ensure actions plan closing progress and synergy updated.
Ensure REX’s outcome are implemented on sites.
Assist Luanda’s RSES on HSE event classification.
Participate/ conduct HSE audit, inspection and Site safety tours on Company sites (PTW process, Env. & Hygiene, HSE dossier…) and Service Contractors sites (HSE MS..).
Emergency Response – ensure exercises/ drills conducted as per referential and participation on M/LSE. Make part of weekly duty roast.
Participate and assist in the development and implementation of Environmental management System processes.
Ensure Downgraded Situations are declared as per referential; mitigations are in place and follow-up done with synergi update.

Dimension

Luanda perimeter, with frequent visits to Contractor’s yards, CLIENT’S onshore perimeter.
HSE assistance for SG onshore sites; includes offices, collective housing & other villas/ apartments, Medical Emergency Center (CMS), leisure centers, and guesthouses.
Interactions with > 25 contractors and SG entities (7 Divisions) o The person will be part of the CLIENT’S Emergency Management Team and shall be ready for mobilization at any day and hour.

Context and Environment

The job holder is based in Luanda with flexibility to cover others General Secretariat sites activities (Luanda south, North and center)

Purposes

Ensure all activities in charge shall be managed with responsibility and according to the rules defined in TotalEnergies’s Hygiene, Safety and Environment Manual – CR-GR-HSE 001.
Maintain and promote HSE exemplarity within the team. o Ensure applicability of the TEPA referential (SIM).

High school; experienced in Safety, environmental and industrial (oil and gas, chemical, refinery…) with at least 3 Years experience with autonomy and self starter, good communication and interpersonal skill.
Knowledge of HSE Supervision, HSE Audit, events incident investigations (CTA). o Fluent in English and Portuguese Spoken and written. French will be an advantage. o Computer skills (excel Word and PowerPoint). o Minimum years of experience required for job five (5) years.
