Managing a diverse client portfolio.
Ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the audit.
Working to ensure all audits are completed within required deadlines and sometimes managing multiple deadlines at the same time.
Managing budget and drive efficiency.
Leading teams by supervising and mentoring junior members of staff whilst also taking an active approach to sharing knowledge with other team members.
Identifying further sales opportunities and focus on new business development.
Build long term client relationships and ensuring relationships are maintained to a high standard

ACCA, CA, CPA qualified or equivalent.
Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English.
1-2 years recent experience at Audit Manager level with a Big 4 firm.
Having experience with Oil & Gas, Mining, Construction, clients is preferred.
Possess a thorough understanding of audit process & statutory financial statements.
Must have strong technical knowledge including strong knowledge of IFRS.
Strong ability to develop client relationships.
