Requirements
Mandatory requirements for the job
- Requested experience of min 5 years of in GIS project management.
- Fluent English and Portuguese – mandatory.
- Proven experience working with ESRI , ArcGIS desktop & ArcGIS Pro.
- Experience with ArcGIS Server/Portal.
- Education: At least Ba/BSc. In Geomatics related degree.
Key features needed to successfully perform the job
- Strong, well rounded background in GIS, for both Desktop and Web environment. Specifically, extensive experience with ESRI products – ArcGIS Desktop/ Pro/ ArcGIS Server/ mobile/ Extensions.
- Good Know-How and practices in GIS data management – Data model definition/ Data entry/ Data Conversion/ Data maintenance.
- Familiar with field work utilizing mobile GIS solutions.
- Good communication skills, sharing information effectively with managers, peers and sub-ordinated workers. and knowing how to have their receptiveness and level of understanding, mainly with the government entities and the team.
- Flexible, and able to adapt to changing circumstances; accepts new ideas and change initiatives; adapts interpersonal style to suit different people or situations.
- Ability to establish good relations with client and communicate technical and professional messages and discussions and transfer knowledge to clients’ technical teams.

- Experience in Cadaster.
- Topographic surveying experience.
- Team management.
- Good human relations and customer relation.
