Receptionist

TCRK is developing and deploying leading edge technology for the horizontal integration of energy solutions in hard-to-abate sectors to achieve a net zero outcome through the capture and use of CO2 through an abatement, displacement, and replacement strategy.

Our mission is to remove the barriers to industrial carbon abatement, TCRK’s established technology enables carbon capture and transformation for use in high value products and services that displace and replace other GHG emissions.

We are currently looking for a candidate graduated or not, able to work full time as a receptionist in Maputo.

Role and Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly manner.
• Schedule meetings.
• Handle clients as they exit ensuring all current and future needs are met.
• Organizing and handling office supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Provide document support around office as needed.
• Sorting and Distributing e-mails.
• Keep attendance records organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office.
• English Fluency.
