Training Coordinator – Driversand Operators

Description

• To identify the needs for hiring drivers/operators as well as training needs, developing proper programs and ensuring follow-up and performance appraisals according to upper guidelines and planned strategy. The aim is to ensure drivers/operators match jobs assigned and they have proper knowledge to work. To identify the needs for the equipment and applicants and to proceed to selection process to ensure that applicants meet the company’s needs. To identify training needs of drivers and operators whenever there are new roles and equipment. To provide such training if applicable to ensure sharing of knowledge and proper use of equipment.

Requirements

• Compulsory schooling or technical-vocational training.
• Minimum 5-year experience in operating and training earth works equipment operators.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Training skills as a trainer.
• Analysis and Problem Solving.
• Communication effectiveness.
• Personal organization.
• Team work.
• Mobility availability.
