Tasks and Processes Organization
- Ensures communication and coordination between the department and other heads of areas/ departments.
- Manages all aspects of Health and Safety at Work (HSE) and its implementation in the Company.
- Manages all records and data from HSE area.
- Organizes and directs annual review meetings of the HSE management systems.
- Ensures proper reporting, both internally and externally, of any HSE incidents.
- Monitors daily safety through past indicators and projections, maintaining the directors, supervisors and other employees informed.
- Make sure that all rules and regulations are being applied in the Company.
- Informs timely manner the Company’s General Directorate on any necessary permits for the development of operations.
- Generate documentation for each project, making sure that it is in accordance with the project requirements.
Auditing
- Ensure that audits are carried out according to the plan.
- Ensures that all activities are carried out properly and Documents.
Qualifications
- Academic qualifications at the undergraduate level or higher in a relevant field of engineering, with specific training in the area of Health and Safety at Work.
- Training HUET/ BST (basic platform security).
- Medical certificate for offshore work, updated.
Professional Experience
- Superior Professional experience 10 years in similar function performance.
Qualifications/ Professional Knowledge
- General Technical and Multidisciplinary.
- Fluent Portuguese.
- Fluent English.
- Computer skills as a user.
Specific Technical
- Very good knowledge of occupational health and safety.
