Services Portfolio Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities to build the capabilities of local third-party service partners to provide required services.
• Working with the other Portfolio Managers to identify the advisory services and assistance needs, including identify and engage local, third-party service providers.
• Contribute to networking and relationship management with private and public actors to promote organization’s objectives.
• Drive monitoring, evaluation and learning across the portfolio through collection and analysis of data.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Agriculture, Finance or equivalent.
• Experience as technical manager for donor-funded value chain, and expertise in conducting value chain analysis and developing value chain work plans.
• Strong private sector market orientation and innovative thinker, with strong organizational, analytical, and quantitative skills.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
