The Precision Recruitment International (PRI) is hiring a Production Manager.
Responsibilities
- Produce Management: Order/ Receive/ storage against required standard.
- Planning: Production scheduling and export Orders.
- Control: Stock counts on Production packaging.
- Staff control: Labour/ Overtime/ Efficiencies.
- Workplace Improvement: Measurements (Goals and KPI’s).
Requirements
- Post Matric qualification be it a degree or diploma in Agriculture.
- Engineer with general mechanical knowledge.
- 3-5 years’ experience in farm production.
- Knowledge of SIZA, Global Gap and MB 4000 will be an advantage.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
