Mooring Master

The Airswift is seeking a Mooring Master.

We are currently seeking experienced Master Mariners for the position of Mooring Master in Angola with a 28/28 rotation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performing pilotage and mooring of Very Large Crude Carriers (VLCCs) to Single Buoy Moorings (SBMs) and/or tandem mooring to Floating (Production) Storage and Offloading units (F(P)SOs). Successful candidates should possess prior experience as a Master on VLCCs, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of maritime operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute pilotage and mooring operations for VLCCs to SBMs and tandem mooring to F(P)SOs.
• Utilize extensive experience as a Master on VLCCs to ensure safe and efficient mooring procedures.
• Adhere to industry regulations and company policies during all maritime activities.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to optimize mooring processes and enhance operational efficiency.
