Develop the WBS in relation with project execution strategy.
Develop the list of activities and associated sequences in coordination with the project stakeholders.
Coordinate with partners to ensure they follow our instruction and provide their part of the job under their responsibility.
Be responsible to consolidate the different parts of the planning.
Resource activities accordingly to our procedure.
Identify and analyze the critical paths.
Identify and analyze the interfaces with Client and partners.
Produce the progress baseline Scurves.
Produce the Time management plan.
Communicate with all stakeholders and ensure everybody agrees and validate the baseline.
Define the update procedure.
Ensure all stakeholders follow it and produce their part of the job.
Update the part under his / her responsibility.
Consolidate the different parts of the planning.
Produce the progress update (Scurves) and associated KPI.
Take part actively in any issues with direct or indirect impact on the planning.
Planning analysis: delays and opportunities.
Lead efficiently problem-solving workshop.
Participate actively to the production of the monthly progress report.
Negotiate with partners, subcontractors any acceleration / optimization plan when required.
Contribute actively to the production of the As-Built program.
Ensure data collection is correctly done and able to provide tools for any claims if necessary.

Expert in planning & scheduling.
Management of complex schedule (over 5000 tasks).
Extensive knowledge of planning software (Primavera P6, Project).
Schedule leader.
PMI knowledge (certification by a recognized professional organization is a plus).
Deep acquaintance of EPC industrial projects (experience in water treatment plant is a plus).
Mandatory Experience on construction site.
Negotiation skills.
Presentation and communication skills, both orally and writing.
Experience > 10 years.
Languages:
- Portuguese, English.
- French would be a plus.
