Provide financial information and analysis to support management decision-making.
Prepare conversion cost reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, including analysis of material movement, material accounts, cost management balancing, inventory valuation, stock aging classification, and reconciliation of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
Generate plant performance reports, including breakdowns by bay, machine, and manpower, providing crucial financial insights to management, such as ROI analysis and sales control.
Oversee stock control for raw materials, semi-finished and finished products, and spare parts, including transfer price valuation, daily yield analysis, expenses variance analysis, and production order settlement and variance analysis.
Create weekly production profit and loss accounts, compile and submit cost breakdowns for products to the head office, and prepare and present various management information system reports, including plant performance reports and hedging loss reports.
Develop and implement internal control systems for inventory management and procurement, perform daily inventory valuation and reconciliation, and conduct debtors/creditors assessments.
Manage finance arrangements, including monthly budgeting versus actual analysis, balance sheet finalization, vendor relations, invoice processing, purchase orders, expense reports, credit memos, and payment transactions.
Finalize accounts, including product costing, maintaining cost accounting records, monthly management information system finalization, and closing activities.
Control standard costs, manage inventory and fixed assets, monitor cost control measures based on zero-based budgeting, and oversee monthly CAPEX monitoring.
Prepare budgets for plant costs, conduct margin and variance analysis, provide support for business acquisitions through business valuation, and manage statutory, internal, and cost audits.
Analyze departmental costs and margins, ensure compliance with cost accounting record rules and financial reporting standards, and maintain fixed assets registers in accordance with applicable regulations.
Develop annual and monthly budgets, analyze debtors and creditors, plan raw material consumption, conduct input-output analysis, and perform inventory valuation and conversion cost calculations.
Perform variance analysis, internal audits, fixed assets capitalization and control, vendor invoice processing, bank reconciliation statements, and supervision of various finance activities for projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
10 years of experience in financial analysis and management accounting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
