As the Services Delivery Coordinator, you will focus on providing technical support of internal and external customer issues. This can include repairs (both returns and field), technical support for field services operations or any other aftermarket service requests from the customer.

The Services Delivery Coordinator will provide project support for service planning, logistics, schedule, technical inquiries, and support activities between customers’ drilling team and our BH Engineering, quality, manufacturing, aftermarket services department and in-country service personnel.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical Support to Services team offshore & onshore.
• Creating and managing GRID Work Orders for the wells operations and onshore activities.
• Driving reduction in NPT by leading Pre-job preparations & discussions with FS team using GRID System.
• Troubleshooting equipment & operations field failures and liaise with engage Direct to sort out issues.
• Providing technical support for bids and proposals: develop scope of work for additional requests from Customers that can result in variation orders or additional orders.
• Liaising with Engineering to support operations in Country.
• Maintaining up-to-date manuals and drawings to support installation of all kit.   Able to work with Global Engr/Ops to update and seek clarifications on manuals.
• Ensuring field services specialists are up to date on installation practices, provides support to field technicians during troubleshooting/etc.
• Taking initiative to resolve issues, and able to lead investigations and recommend improvements, able to improve tool reliability/operability/success.
• Maintaining project schedules and actively forecasts and tracks capital equipment, tools, spares, consumables, etc.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Have deep domain expertise in one or two or more of our subsea products: expert lead in Subsea Wellheads & Premium Connectors operations, or/and in Subsea Tree Installations & Upper Completions, or TLP Systems & Surface Pressure Control Systems, or IWOCS & Subsea Production Control Systems.
• Show proven ability to troubleshoot equipment failures & operational failures in order to find solutions to restore operations for our customers.
• Proven years of experience offshore operations in oil & gas industry upstream sector i.e. subsea drilling, subsea installations, subsea completions, surface pressure control systems operations.
• Focused on operational excellence – HSE & Quality as priorities for delivering services to customers.
• Possess strong communication skills with a close working relationship with the Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality teams.
• Adaptive & resourceful.
• Have proven ability to communicate with external stakeholders in order deliver projects to our customers.
• Capability to work in simultaneous offshore operations understanding customer’s needs and criticality.
• Ability to leverage knowledge of customers operational needs to identify opportunities for new services to be provided to the customers.
