You will be responsible to ensure safe and reliable equipment is delivered to operations in a cost effective and efficient manner.

As an AMO Support Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance with HSE procedures and requirements within the AMO team as well as promoting and contributing to HSE culture.
• Leading the team to ensure all AMO expectations are being met; HSE, Quality, Digital Tools productivity and efficiency.
• Ensuring production schedule and job planning process is in place and being executed across area.
• Monitoring daily progress of job(s), project(s) and financial metrics.
• Working independently under general supervision, requiring normal guidance and review.
• Leading the workforce in continuous improvement activities, both systems and processes, and benchmarks.
• Ensuring all AMO polices, processes, procedures, workflows, workshop equipment, signage, personnel adhere only to approved global standards.
• Ensuring the proper shop supplies are being ordered consistently on items for your workshops and that your site leads are appropriately managing usage to prevent abuse/unnecessary cost.
• Prioritizing and assigning workload within the team as per demand from Service Delivery.
• Contributing to the continual improvement of processes and procedures throughout the AMO process.
• Ensuring that the team perform tasks and duties in line with all AMO policies and procedures.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/ college.
• Have at least 5 years’ experience in Assembly, Repair, Maintenance & Overhaul Supervisor.
• Extensive knowledge of principles, concepts, theories and practices for manufacturing/ production field /lean production.
• Have proficient IT skills such as Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Have good oral and written communication skills.
• Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Be able to influence others and lead small teams.
• Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
