We’re now looking for passionate After Market Manager at Alfa Laval, Angola who would be directly responsible to develop the service business and manage an energetic team of our workshop technicians to deliver service excellence. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of most dynamic and transforming ‘Service’ team of Alfa Laval MEA.
The individual will be responsible for identifying and developing the business opportunities within the Angola market and concluding direct sales of Alfa Laval products and services supporting service growth opportunities.
The individual will also be responsible for managing the Angola service center leading, developing and securing a high performing Service Centre organization in line with the overall Service strategy and the Alfa Laval culture in order to create an excellent customer experience and deliver service excellence – safety, quality, delivery and cost.
As part of the role, the individual may be required from time to time to support and facilitate entity related matters such as compliance and statutory requirements.
