Solids Control Coordinator

The Group Nov is hiring a Solids Control Coordinator.

NOV Wellsite Services is seeking a Solids Control Coordinator to support the current business demand in country. In this role you will work closely with the operations team on location. This function will include implementing and maintaining written programs, and procedures based on the Solids Control operational requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain reports as directed, included but not limited to: Vacation/Sick Report, personnel movements (Crew Changes) daily/weekly.
• Perform assigned tasks under the direction of the Solids Control Manager or their designate and participates as an effective crew member.
• Greet and welcome visitors to the office, ensuring they sign the visitor’s book and informing relevant staff member of their arrival.
• Maintain sign in sheets for visitors/customers.
• Participate in emergency response duties during emergencies and drills.
• Provide administrative and general support to staff members.
• Monitor and ensure the working area is kept tidy and project a business-like image.
• Review and update on a regular basis the staff contact and telephone list, for the existing structure.
• To ensure that offshore personnel are prepared and notified for current and upcoming projects in a timely manner, it is important to closely liaise with the external travel company (CWT).
• Bring problems encountered to the Solids Control Manager or their designate for resolution.
• Responsible for following all applicable company and corporate policies, procedures, and programs. including but not limited to the support process, safety, and environmental requirements.

Education & Experience Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
• Experience in office environment.
• Experience Drillings and Thermal operations (Water Management).
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Ability to multitask in fast paced environment.
• Must have a strong attention to detail.
• Graduates will be considered.
