Administrative Project Manager

The Newrest is seking a Administrative Project Manager.

Planning

• Follow the planning process as per list below, but not limited to:
  • Planning IN/OUT, Flight tickets, Visas, Passports, BOSIET/BST, PTS, Total Golden Rules/SBM training, medical documentation, Travel expenses.

Crew-change

• Ensure Surfer bookings within the given time frame (minimum M-1).
• Ensure B2B consistency.
• Follow-up of mandatory administrative documentation (PTS, BOSIET/BST, Medical certificates, Visas, etc.).
• Organize and ensure the crew change, in coordination with Training Center:
  • Call staff at D-2.
  • Arrival of the staff at TC D-1.
  • Control documentation.
  • Ensure application and follow up of pre-boarding trainings.
