In the Field Service department, you will be supporting and working with all the back-office activities, providing administrative support to the Field Service manager. Being involved as well on the scheduling and dispatching of the Field Service team, all the metrics of the key performance indicators will be also under your supervision. In a multi disciplined and high skilled team, with important projects in the Oil and Gas market, attention to detail, proactiveness and time managing skills will be fundamental to deliver Siemens Energy mission, to Energize Society.

How You’ll Make An Impact

In operations our job is to guarantee adequate conditions for the Field Service team to perform their job with our high Siemens Energy standard, safely and in a professional manner. Preparation, planning, execution, and controlling is essential for that, were the administrative position plays a role, your key duties, and responsibilities:

• Oversee Field Service team travel logistics (work, training and other) requests, for flights, hotel, and transportation, liaising with the Supply Chain team.
• Working with the Visa team, in preparation for either for activities in Angola as for any other Visas necessary for either training or work activities abroad.
• Timesheets control and accurate utilization data reporting, using Siemens Energy tools.
• Scheduling and dispatching, maintaining accurate data in SalesForce (Field Service module).
• Maintain accurate work schedule for resident contracts and outage schedule for the different projects assigned to Siemens Energy Angola.
• Support, in absence of the Field Service manager, the day-to-day activities, liaising with other departments, the regional Field Service manager and the country Managing Director.

What You Bring

• Degree in engineering, mechanical or electrical is mandatory, to be able to grasp the different aspects of the technical activities we are involved in.
• Having a proactive approach to different tasks, ability to think outside the box, attention to detail, and time managing skills will be fundamental to support the Field Service manager.
• Ability to work with standard Microsoft Office software tools (Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc) is absolutely essential, and also the ability to quickly understand and work with the numerous web tools Siemens Energy has is also desirable.

Gas Services

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
