The Azule Energy is seeking a Service Program, Project Management Advisor.

Job Summary

Project Management Advisor role in Business Application Group within IT Department of Azule Energy is to oversee and manage the successful delivery of Business Applications deployment and ensure the end user support service. The activity must be carried out by aligning technology initiatives with the overall business objectives, ensuring that projects, bug fixing, and continuous improvements are completed on time, within budget, and with the desired outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Project Management and Service Program Oversight: Managing multiple IT projects within a program, ensuring they are on track, aligned with strategic goals, and delivered within budget and schedule. Define and monitor project and service activities throughout the lifecycle of a project or of a software application.
• Risk and Change Management: Identifying potential risks and proactively implementing strategies to mitigate them, minimizing disruptions, and ensuring smooth project execution. Handling changes in project scope, requirements, or objectives, and guiding the team through the change process.
• Application Management: Hands-on involvement in business application design, program, build, deploy, and maintain software using many different skills and tools. Work with Business Application team to define the requirements of all applications and projects. Prepare scope of work, project plans and maintain contracts for each application. Work with vendors & delivery teams to generate reporting on progress against delivery schedules and coordination with end users.
• Support Management: Manage suppliers’ contracts and performance against agreed SLA. Define the services Management approach for new and/or enhanced services within the landscape. Defining and maintaining daily tracking of delivery schedules and services. Responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and evaluating technology issues. This role may support internal clients, helping to keep employees productive, helping them via the telephone or online systems.
• Project Planning and Strategy: Developing a comprehensive plan for IT programs, including defining objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Engaging with various stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and customers, to understand requirements, expectations, and concerns. Maintain a strong working relationship with the rest of the Execution Team, the rest of the IT team, including overall operations. Establishes clear lines of communication with business Leadership.
• Adhere to all corporate governance, processes, procedures and statuary, legal and other requirements.

Requirements

• Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or SAFe Agilist.
• Expertise in CI/CD toolchains, versioning, build, and deployment services.

Education & Experience

• Degree in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6 years’ experience in IT program and project management.
