The role of Service Manager is a key contributor to an agile customer-oriented operation, managing service reliability, implementing automated processes, increase operational efficiency and ensure full compliance with global initiatives.
Experience required:
- Experience in service or maintenance management.
- Work in industrial companies.
- Minimum 5 years in related areas.
- Knowledge of SAP, PowerBI and Office 365.
- English and Portuguese fluent.
You are suitable to succeed if you have curiosity and genuine interest in customer service, self-motivation to execute your action plan, empathy & interpersonal skills and willingness to grow & exceed your potential.
