Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, infrastructure, and visual merchandising for the outlet as per internal standards, local regulations and compliance requirements are met.
Oversee delivery operations are efficient to ensure orders are delivered to customers as per agreed quality and quantity with the help of support staff.
Manage promotional campaigns, advertising, announcements, and events.
Receiving delivery of goods/products and ensuring quantity, quality against invoices as per norms.
Routinely conduct audits for possessed inventory to ensure quality standards are met with considerations to control breakage, pilferage, etc.
Engaging consumers and customers to collect feedback on products, pricing, and promotions and report to the Shop Operations Manager regularly.
Prepare and submit stock requisitions to the operations/planning manager.
Daily operational reports detailing sales, expenses, and inventory.
Requirements
Required Work Experience:
Prior experience managing a B2B/B2C Branch preferably in FMCG or Pharmaceuticals Industry.
Education:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical/life sciences highly-preferred.
Required Knowledge:
Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
