Job Description

The Travel, Accommodation, and Visa Manager is responsible for managing HR functions related to employee accommodation, travel and visa processes. This role ensures smooth operations regarding housing arrangements, visa and immigration compliance, and overall employee relocation services. The manager will coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to provide comprehensive support to employees and facilitate a seamless experience for those relocating to or working in new locations. Speaking english is key for this function.

Key Responsibilities

Accommodation Management:

• Oversee the accommodation process for employees, including finding and securing suitable housing;
• Negotiate terms and conditions with landlords and accommodation providers;
• Coordinate relocation logistics, including moving services and settling-in support.

Visa and Immigration Management:

• Manage the team with all aspects of visa and immigration processes for employees, including work permits, residency applications, and renewals;
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international immigration laws and regulations;
• Collaborate with legal and immigration experts to provide guidance and support to employees on visa-related matters.

Compliance and Record-Keeping:

• Ensure all accommodation and visa-related activities comply with company policies and legal requirements;
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee accommodation and visa status;
• Monitor and audit processes to ensure adherence to compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., HR certification, immigration certification) is a plus;
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, accommodation management, or visa administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accommodation and visa processes and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
