Wastewater Engineer – Team Leader

The GPCL Consulting Services Limited is seeking a Wastewater Engineer – Team Leader.

GPCL is actively engaged in providing consultancy services in the procurement and technical domains and has successfully delivered assignments in over 40 countries worldwide.

We are inviting applications for a Wastewater Engineer – Team Leader for an ongoing project in Malanje City, Angola.

Requirements

• Masters in Civil/Wastewater Engineering.
• At least 26 years working experience in design of sewerage system and construction management covering civil, Urban, wastewater, drainage, structural, geotechnical engineering, projects.
• At least experience in sewerage design in 7 projects.
• At least 7 construction projects in senior positions over extended periods is required.
• Relevant experience in wastewater projects, Decentralize Wastewater treatment is essential in Sub Saharan Africa.
• Knowledge of international Forms of Contract, in particular FIDIC conditions of contract, is essential.
• Familiarity with managing contracts in the region is preferable, mastery of the tools of the Gant method – analysis of physical and financial execution, Fluent in written English and possess good working communication skills in Portuguese.
