Summary

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with prominent local companies, achieving sales targets, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, resolving any issues promptly and effectively.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and capitalize on business opportunities by analyzing market trends.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including replenishment, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to enhance product offerings and services based on client needs.
• Track and report on sales metrics, client satisfaction, and other KPIs.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss performance and future opportunities.

Qualifications

• University degree is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably managing key accounts with prominent local companies.
• Proven track record in managing and growing key accounts successfully.
