The Mitrelli is seeking a HR Operations Manager.
The HR Operations Manager has oversight for multiple HR process areas. Primary responsibilities include management of Employee Lifecycle Events shared service processes, as well as the team of professionals who support these processes for the in Angola. The role will have a strong focus on both operational delivery and effective team management, ensuring outstanding levels of service to our internal customers and supporting the ongoing development of our services.
As the HR Operations Manager, you will be directly responsible for Employee Lifecycle Events management, oversight and quality of the team’s activities. Leading this team requires the ability to manage and set direction. The role is focused on creating, building and implementing effective, efficient, and consistent operational processes. The Ops Manager handles all escalations and interfaces with leadership on escalation resolution. You should possess a strong ability to troubleshoot and implement solutions to ensure consistent quality of service delivery. Strong human resources operational knowledge and ability to influence others in decision making is crucial.
