The Japan Tobacco International (JTI) is seeking a Human Resources Generalist.
As the Human Resources Generalist, you are responsible for the overall HR Administration and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) processes for local and international assignees in line with local and global JTI policies, procedures and processes. The job is included to work on budgeting (AP) and forecasting (LE) as well as reporting for all payroll-related elements in line with JTI global deadlines.
