HSE Supervisor

The Maersk is seeking a HSE Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safety guidance and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Maintain and update emergency procedures, conducting regular safety checks.
• Organize and document safety meetings.
• Perform daily audits to ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Lead inspections and report findings with corrective actions.
• Assist in incident investigations and ensure timely resolution.
• Audit waste management practices and maintain chemical safety documentation.
• Conduct safety drills and promote the use of safety tools.
• Assist in ad-hoc HSE tasks as required.

We are looking for

• Proven experience on drilling rigs.
• A valid NEBOSH certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A passion for promoting a safe and compliant work environment.
• Nationality: Preferably Angolan.
