E&I Construction Manager

In order to participate to our growth of Sub-Saharan Africa Business Unit, we are looking for E&I CONSTRUCTION MANAGER H/F.

This position is located ONSHORE & OFFSHORE in ROTATIONAL MODE 4×4

We are primarily looking for a candidate who demonstrates the following skills:

• Site preparation (materials, logistics, personnel).
• Preparation of job cards based on a schedule and task prioritization.
• Onshore supervision (Luanda) / Offshore supervision (Dalia FPSO).
• Monitoring hours/reporting.
• Distribution of daily tasks.
• Monitoring and updating planning and POB (Personnel on Board).
• Compliance with QHSE regulations.
• Document management.
• Precom – Com – Red Markups

We are primarily looking for a candidate who demonstrates the following skills:

• Site Supervisor / E&I Construction Manager with solid experience in Oil & Gas, Onshore or Offshore.
• At least 10 years of experience in the field.
• Management of local teams (Angolans).
• Ability to organize and allocate tasks according to the schedule and job cards.
• Good knowledge of E&I equipment and tools / tube fitting.
