The Yango is seeking an Accounting Manager.

Responsibilities

• Processing all accounting operations in accounting software, including payroll and social package.
• Managing and complying with local government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Preparing financial statements and regulatory reporting.
• Liaising with internal and external auditors.
• Supporting month/year-end close processes.
• Support business requests from an accounting and tax perspective.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing an accounting team.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
