The Saipem is seeking a Facilities Coordinator.

Purpose of the Position

As Facilities Coordinator you will respond to the HR Manager and be part of the Human Resources and Organization Department. You will manage and support a team of 6 People, being responsible for coordinate and manage facilities maintenance, contracts, and budget control.

How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities

• Supervise and manage buildings leasing contracts.
• Manage relations with building Owner.
• Supervise and manage environment cleaning work contracts.
• Supervise and manage offices and equipment layout activities.
• Coordinate guestroom facilities, support freights and supplies management upon arrival.
• Support Departments in managing their own remotely archived documents.
• Supervise and manag e mail delivery and distribution.
• Supervise and manage stationery procurement.
• Coordinate and maintain Company car fleet. Manage short term/ long term car rental (with or without driver).
• Supervise/ participate to the management of new initiatives (heavy duty refurbishments/modifications, welfare activities,etc).
• Coordinate reporting on General Services activities.
• In accordance with HSE, grant hygiene and safety on worksite respecting and reducing environmental impact.
• Cooperate with HSE and Security in Emergency Plan preparation and management.

What are we looking for?

• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or similar areas related.
• Experience: 8-10 years as Facilities Coordinator within Oil and Gas industry or similar.
• Languages: Portuguese and Professional English.
• Technical Skills: Travel and maintenance management, cost control and logistics budgeting.
• IT Skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP.
