Project Coordinator Tempo Inteiro

We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a “Project Coordinator (M/F) for a staff contract based in Luanda (Angola).  This position is not an expatriate role, and there is no possibility for rotation.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing EPC projects.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients to track progress and resolve issues.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Assist in risk identification, mitigation, and quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, local regulations, and HSE requirements.

Required Profile

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in EPC project coordination, preferably in oil, gas, energy, or industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and support complex projects.
• English mandatory (written and spoken).
