We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operations Support professional to join our team in Luanda, Angola. This position plays a vital role in managing finance and administrative processes within the Solids Control (SC) Ledger, ensuring operational excellence across accounting, cost tracking, inventory, and project financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting processes, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), cash, costing, inventory, and general accounting.
• Support treasury management by analyzing FX exposure, forecasting revenue, handling monthly accruals, flash reports, and month-end reporting.
• Provide administrative support to the operations team, including processing invoices, generating purchase orders, equipment tracking (TAT, Hubble, JDE), and managing timesheets.
• Maintain and manage inventory flow within the system, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor daily equipment operations and coordinate logistics in line with Angola contracts.
• Prepare weekly equipment status recaps and TAT reports for management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders—including operations, customer service, and logistics—to ensure accurate cost tracking and shipment documentation.
• Support operations during weekends as required by business needs.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations support.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Experience with purchasing, goods receiving, and ERP systems (JDE, Hubble, TAT).

Desirable:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
• Chartered Accountant qualification (with at least 3 years’ articles completed).
