QHSE Manager Tempo Inteiro

We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a “QHSE Manager (M/F) for a staff contract based in Luanda (Angola).  This position is not an expatriate role, and there is no possibility for rotation.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the QHSE system (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment).
• Ensure compliance with local and international standards (ISO, HSE regulations).
• Oversee internal and external audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Train and raise awareness among staff on QHSE practices.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure safety and quality in all activities.
• Prevent accidents and incidents; propose corrective and preventive actions

Required Profile

• Degree in QHSE, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial QHSE, preferably in oil, gas, or energy.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and local/international HSE regulations.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• English mandatory (written and spoken).
