Operational Lead Tempo Inteiro

We are seeking a senior professional to lead the operational and strategic management of key accounts, ensuring the sustainable development of our partner and agent portfolio. This role combines operational leadership with business acumen and is responsible for driving growth, efficiency, and quality across the company’s ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management of strategic account portfolios, ensuring operational excellence and partner satisfaction.
• Design and implement data-driven growth and retention plans aligned with operational targets.
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and develop analytical reports to support decision-making.
• Manage and develop operational teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and continuous process improvement.
• Maintain close relationships with partners and agents through performance reviews, results evaluations, and identification of new opportunities.
• Act as a key liaison between internal and external teams, ensuring coordination among Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance.
• Resolve critical partner and operational issues with an analytical, results-oriented approach.
• Represent the company in meetings, events, and industry forums, strengthening institutional presence and brand reputation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (postgraduate qualification is an advantage).
• Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in account management, operations, or partner development — ideally in ride-hailing, logistics, technology, or B2B services.
• Proven experience in team leadership and operational performance management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in advanced Excel (MS Office) and CRM tools.
• Proactive, autonomous, and results-driven profile.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of the digital ecosystem, urban mobility, or technology platforms is highly valued.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Portuguese and English.
