Project Manager Tempo Inteiro

The DAMAC is seeking a Project Manager.

Role Purpose

Lead and deliver townhouse/villa developments in Angola, ensuring design, quality, cost and schedule objectives are met while adhering to HSE and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities (mobilisation to hand-over) for villa and townhouse projects.
• Supervise contractors and consultants, ensuring performance, quality, cost and schedule targets.
• Monitor project progress, budgets and quality; identify deviations and drive corrective action.
• Coordinate with Design, Procurement and Commercial teams for integrated delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment and relevant Angolan regulations.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports (status, risks, issues, mitigation) to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar; master’s or certification (PMP) a plus.
• Minimum 10 years construction project management experience (residential/villas preferred). Experience in Angola or Sub-Saharan Africa is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication skills (English required)
• Competent in managing budgets, schedules, quality and project teams.
• Familiarity with local building/regulatory/HSE environment and construction processes.
