Cost Control Tempo Inteiro

The EP2C is seeking a Cost Control (M/F).

We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a Cost Control (M/F) for a staff contract based in Luanda (Angola).  This position is not an expatriate role, and there is no possibility for rotation.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor and control project budgets and costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for management.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely cost tracking.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and accounting standards.
• Support project managers in financial planning and decision-making.

Required Profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cost control or project finance, preferably in EPC, oil, gas, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost control methodologies, budgeting, and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and project management software.
• English mandatory (written and spoken).
